WBC translation
WBC treats lived response as real signal but not automatic proof. It belongs beside mechanism and evidence, not below them or above them.
Why it matters
- 1Makes room for meaningful body changes that are not yet fully explained by studies.
- 2Encourages retest-and-track practice instead of ideology or guru certainty.
- 3Helps product pages describe usefulness without pretending every response has one known cause.
Do not overclaim
- A strong personal response does not prove the same effect for everyone.
- Do not convert lived response into disease-treatment or permanent-remodeling claims.
Evidence note
Lived response is valuable for practice design and individual choice, but it needs boundaries when making public claims.
